Cancer survivor and seven-time Tour de France winner Lance Armstrong congratulated each member of TeamMBA onstage in front of hundreds of fundraisers at a special appreciation dinner the night before the Challenge event. GMAC president and CEO Dave Wilson spoke on behalf of TeamMBA, recognizing team members from Penn State, Rutgers and Villanova for their commitment to the fight against cancer and to the TeamMBA mission to give back.

The next morning, TeamMBA joined thousands of others in cycling and running events, ranging in distance from 3.1 miles to 100 miles, in the common goal of raising awareness for the fight against cancer.
